Material Analysis

Mechanical Testing

We implement independent mechanical property verification for the entire batch, covering eight core indicators specified in the ASTM B221 standard, including tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, etc. Each batch of products can meet the standards.

Slat Spray Testing

Each batch of aluminum profile coating must pass the QC random sampling salt spray test. Continuously verified in a harsh environment simulating the marine climate, the corrosion resistance reaches the industry-leading level. Cross-Cut Testing

According to ISO 2409 international standard, the coating is grid-cut (1mm spacing/6 cuts) using a Cross-Cut tester, supplemented by a 3M high-viscosity tape peel test, and the adhesion is quantified by visual rating (0-5 levels). The entire process is 100% online testing, and each aluminum profile must pass the 5B level adhesion certification before entering the next process.
